Partnership and Community

“The favorite movement I’m carrying with me into 2021 is building community.”

This New Year’s feels less about resolutions and more about positive themes to carry forward.

The international crises (plural) of 2020 has in some ways bonded us, even if we could only connect from a distance. If we thought we were thinking globally and acting locally before, we’re thinking even bigger now.

The favorite movement I’m carrying with me into 2021 is building community. Communities are built on collaboration and inclusiveness and we are all benefiting from seeing this theme evolve across all industries.

In the wine and spirits world, one of the best examples of building community is The Vintner Project.

I am excited to be consulting with this team on business development and promotional campaigns. The Vintner Project brings together contributors from all over to cover the people and stories behind the bottles on the shelves. Their diverse voice has attracted a strong following of young, educated wine consumers who can learn about the industry on their very engaged social channels, website, and email newsletter.

At its heart, The Vintner Project is a community. It’s a natural fit to partner with this team and I’m looking forward to more success with them as we ring in 2021.
